Instructions

1. Disconnect air supply.

2. Undo hose connection at pump from filter by sliding

the locking tab.

3. Remove pan assembly from barrel by loosening the

metal ring.

4. Unscrew suction strainer from bottom of the pick-up

hose that is in the tank and save the strainer.

5. Remove filter and attached hoses from the tank held

by two screws.

6. Drill three new holes required to mount new filter, if

required. See figure 1.

7. Press provided plugs into the old mounting holes.

8. Assemble new filter to tank using the provided 1-

inch screws.

9. Place filter cartridge in filter.

10. Assemble new threaded fitting to the end of the 28-

inch pick-up hose provided. Apply hose clamp.

11. Screw stainer from step 4 on to the fitting.

12. With stainer in tank, route other hose end through

the 3/4-inch hole in the barrel.

13. Push tube and clamp on to the “ in” side of filter.

Tighten hose clamp.

14. Re-install pan assembly.

15. Push new 13-inch tube onto the new pump connec-

tor provided; then into “ in” side of pump. Slide

locking tab to retain connector. Tighten clamp.

16. Push other end of 13-inch tube into “ out” side of fil-

ter. Tighten clamp.

17. Connect air supply to washer.

Note: If the washer does not pump water, one or more

of the new connections are not tight. Make sure all of the

clamps are tight and that the filter canister is tight.
